Tom Hahn, an executive with over 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, will assume the role of Director of Finance.
Tom Hahn has led finance initiatives at the largest companies in the DC Metro area, including AOL, Sterling Software and Merant. He is a Certified Public Account with over 15 years experience working in the computer software and services industry for both public and private companies. This experience includes positions as Director of Finance for Sideware Systems, a Canadian company in the customer relationship management business, U.S. Controller for Merant, Inc., a publicly held change management software company in Rockville, MD and Vice President of Finance for a division of Sterling Software (now part of Computer Associates). He has also recently held finance positions at United BioSource Corporation in Bethesda, MD and America Online in Dulles, VA. Tom will assist Vision Chain in enhancement of their internal controls and procedures in the area of revenue recognitions and financial reporting systems.
