Vision Chain Announces "Partner Plus" Program

Company to Provide Certification, Training and Technical Support for Preferred OEM Partners

WASHINGTON, DC, May 31, 2005

Vision Chain, Inc. (www.visionchain.com), a leading global provider of demand and supply chain solutions, announced today that the Company has created a special program, "Partner Plus," to optimize resources in support of its growing list of technology companies that will OEM the Vision Chain technology platform. Two participation levels have been established –Platinum and Gold-- that provide varying levels of Vision Chain support based on annual partner needs and customer requirements.

As part of Partner Plus, Vision Chain will provide a development license for Vision Chain Server with all software upgrades and support, training for partner personnel in the regularly-scheduled Vision Chain Bootcamp, and the services of a dedicated Vision Chain consultant to assist in customer implementations. In addition, Vision Chain will promote the services of partners participating in the program through press releases, inclusion in analyst briefings, prominent display in the Partner Plus section of the Vision Chain website, and invitations to Vision Chain customer events including the annual User Conference. The Company will also develop ‘go to market' plans for certified partners, provide access to collateral materials, demo's and other sales tools; and assist partners in other sales and marketing efforts.
