Software Engineer - Rogers, AR

Provide client support for technical and business issues related to analytics system for the retail industry.  Using company tools, devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.  Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by clients.  Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.  Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology (IT) reports, dashboards, or other outputs.  Resolve urgent production technical issues for client systems. Implement Analytics system on client environment. Apply upgrades/patches, Schedule, monitor and perform tuning of computer software. Integrate system with third-party software products.  Create, deliver and schedule end user reports.  Train clients on use of Vision Chain products and services.  Participate in development of Vision Chain’s products and services.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems plus 1 year of experience in a software engineering occupation providing analytics systems support to the retail industry.
